Rochelle was featured in the 2014 Kingfisher Calendar, for the month of February. Rochelle’s late twin brother, Noel, was the first foreigner to become an US citizen under a new military rule. He died in service in Afghanistan. She ranked 9th among the 68 countries participating from across the world, which is really commendable.
