Town in the Tilhar tahsil of Shahjahanpur District, United Provinces, situated in 28 degree 8' N. and 79 degree 44' E., 24 miles north- west of Shahjahanpur city. Population (1901), 6,356. It is said to have been founded as a market in the middle of the eighteenth century, and under British rule was the head-quarters of a tahsil as late as 1850. Khudaganj is administered under Act XX of 1856, with an income of about Rs. 2,000. It is a thriving place, with a considerable trade in agricultural products. The middle school has 95 pupils.
