Masterclass music director M S Viswanathan was one of the three composers of Naya Aadmi (1956), NT Rama Rao's debut venture in Hindi cinema. He also gave music to several southern films dubbed in Hindi such as Bache Mere Saathi. Hemlata, well-known singer of the 1970s, mourned his passing.
