Was a popular child model who did many print ads and commercials..
Debut film in Hindi-Urdu: Sadda Adda.
Is from Ahmedabad, studying medicine. Her father is an officer in the Merchant Navy. She won the Miss Ahmedabad pageant and then also won Miss Gujarat University last year.
Her mother works in Reserve Bank of India. When she was transferred to Mumbai Kahkkashan migrated with her for her acting career.

Sonia Shah, from Gandhinagar in Gujarat, won two coveted titles, Miss Gujarat Best Photogenic Face of the Year and Best Smile of the Year .
