There must be some mistake in item 2, FERA. Coca Cola was eased out of India by the Janata Party government in 1977. Coca Cola’s Delhi concessionaire was seen as being very close to Mrs Gandhi. The Janata Party might have used this clause but publicly they insisted that Coca Cola disclose its secret ingredient or leave India.
