It is a delicious chicken dinner for you really to prepare in the home. The orange sauce is tangy and fresh and somehow I usually find yourself eating a lot of :-).

It takes somewhat to prepare and is not the kind of thing you'd desire to make each night of the week.

But, it is worth the effort.

I frequently ensure it is once in a while as a special meal for my husband. And it always turns out great.

Privileged Lemon Chicken

4 complete boneless chicken breasts, skin off

Glass cornstarch (corn flour)

3 tbls water

4 egg yolks lightly beaten

salt, pepper to taste

shallots sliced

Orange Sauce

cup lemon juice

2 teaspoon powdered chicken share

2 tbls cornstarch (corn flour)

2 tbls baby

2 tbls brown sugar

1 ginger was grated by tsp

1 cups water

For the sauce, incorporate all the elements in a pot and stir over a heat until it boils and then thickens.

Slice the chicken breast fillets into 3-4 items. Lay flat and pound slightly with a mallet or other large object.

Position cornstarch in a pan and gradually add the water, and then add the slightly beaten egg yolks. Next add pepper and salt to your taste.

Dip the chicken pieces into this mixture and make sure you drain well.

Place a few bits of the struggling chicken at a time, into deep hot fat and cook until lightly browned.

Drain on absorbent paper.

Cut chicken more if needed.

Arrange on plates of freshly cooked white rice. Mix with spoon and shallots over hot lemon sauce.

Enjoy!

Then finish the meal with a Chinese Fortune Cookie.

Put a note in each cookie to accommodate the mood of the food. This can be a exciting method to end any food.

Happy Cooking
