Vadia

State in the Kathiawar Political Agency, Bombay situated in about 21 degree 40' N. and 71 degree 53' E., with an area of 72 square miles. The population in 1901 was 10,330, residing in 17 villages. The revenue in 1903-4 was Rs. 1,30,000, and the cultivated area 43 square miles. The State ranks as a third-class State in Kathiawar. For history see Jetpur (Devli).
