Khagaul

Town in the Dinapore subdivision of Patna District, Bengal, situated in 25 degree 35' N. and 85 degree 3' E., a short distance to the south of Dinapore. Population (1901), 8, 126. The Dinapore railway station is just outside the town, which has only grown into importance since the opening of the railway. It is the head-quarters of a company of East Indian Railway volunteers.
