Koilkonda, 1908

Former taluk in Mahbubnagar District, Hyderabad State, with an area of 546 square miles. The population in 1901, including jaglrs, was 58,031, compared with 54,802 in 1891. The land revenue in 1901 was Rs. 64,000. In 1905 the taluk was divided between Kodangal in Gulbarga District, and Pargi and Mahbubnagar in Mahbubnagar District.
