A title of Tantis and a section of the Bansphor sub¬caste of Doms in Behar. Marik, a title of Baruis in Bengal; a section of the Kadar caste in Behar which intermarries with the Barik, Kapari, Manjhi, MandaI', and N aiya. sections, but not with the rest; a title of Hindu Jolhas, Doms, Dosadhs, Goalas, Koiris, Kumhars, and other castes in Behar.
