An unusual visitor to Goa beach

The spotting of a crocodile on Morjim beach in July 2015 raised fears among the visitors to the beach. In a strange scene, a crocodile was spotted on Morjim beach by a local, Nilesh Bagkar. The crocodile, whose native habitat is river water, was right in the middle of the Morjim beach at Tembwada. After the crocodile was spotted, stray dogs on the beach tried to chase the crocodile and the amphibian ran towards the sea water. The news about the crocodile spotted at the beach spread in the village and the villagers especially fishermen were scared to go to the beach.
