Mudhol Town

Chief town of the State of Mudhol, Bombay, situated in 16"^ 20' N. and 75"" 19' E., on the left bank of the Ghat- prabha, about 12 miles south of Jamkhandi. Population (1901), 8,359. It is administered as a municipality, with an income in 1903-4 of Rs. 2,700. The town contains a dispensary.
