Power That Lasts
fenix uses rechargeable lithium-ion batteries that can last from 16 to 50 hours depending upon your recording intervals. One second recording intervals will use it up in about 16 hours whereas 1 minute recording intervals will take it over 45 hours plus. The battery can last 3 weeks in sensor mode and up to 6 weeks in just watch mode before needing a charge. Having time that is GPS accurate is a plus because it is always synched up to GMT for accuracy.
