Tattamangalam
Town in the Chittur taluk of Cochin State, Madras, situated in ro° 41 N. and 76° 42' E. Area, 11/2 square miles; population (1901), 6,222, of whom 79 per cent, are Hindus and 20 per cent. Musalmans. It is a place of some trade, which is chiefly in the hands of the Musalmans.
