Miss India 1970: After winning Miss India title, Veena Sajnani continued modelling. She also took up acting and featured in few television serials and tried her hands on fashion designing too. She eventually found her true love in theatre and continues to be involved with it. . She got married and settled in Bangalore and enjoys playing golf.

In 1970, Zeenat made India proud by bringing in the crown of Miss Asia Pacific International. She stood second in the Miss India contest that year. She is still remembered for her 'bold & the beautiful' onscreen image. Zeenat received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Zee Cine Awards in 2008.

In 1970, Zeenat Aman clinched the Miss India Pacific crown after finishing third in the Miss India contest. She then grooved to the tunes of Dum Maro Dum for Dev Anand's film Hare Rama Hare Krishna and went on to win the Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award. Her unconventionally sexy disposition unsettled many but she did earn a significant place for herself in the world of films.
